The RA President met Armenian businessmen from Russia
The RA President Serzh Sargsyan met with a number of Armenian
businessmen from Russia, - the President's press-office said to
Aysor.am.
Serzh Sargsyan noted that after a similar meeting a year had pasted,
and it provided an opportunity for discussing the agreements and the
way of their realization. According to the President there were
realized various programs in spite of the global financial crisis.
The President praised the role of Armenians living abroad in raising
the image of the country and nation and in saving of Armenian identity
and in strengthening of Armenia-Diaspora ties.
Serzh Sargsyan welcomed the constant readiness of Armenian businessmen
to invest in different programs contributing the economic development
and progress of Armenia.
The President determined the necessity of the meetings of that kind by
the running important events in the country. Serzh Sargsyan introduced
the recent foreign policy to the businessmen.
It's also been discussed the possibilities of more effective
coordination and Diaspora potentials' employment, in particular
Russia's residents, and the activation of running organizations.
