"Any regional project in which Armenia will participate to my
opinion is completely positive, as there is no country in the world
economy which has found its place and can be called competitive", -
said Tatul Manaseryan the RA NA Head's Councilor touching upon the
"economic membership of Armenia" in "Nabuko" gas pipe project.
According to T. Manaseryan Armenia is "left out from several projects
not by its fault, but there are some steps that we should undertake by
ourselves." As an example he mentioned the "ties established between
the Armenian officials and their neighbor countries, making closer
relations which should be the issue of the Government."
The economist didn't agree to assess the activities realized by
the RA Government before the statement of the budget court order is
presented. Besides that T. Manaseryan mentioned that "it's too early
to speak about a project which is accepted in one and realized in
another conditions, and which is turned into an anti-crisis project."
"The changes in the personnel I consider aimless or as an end in itself
if they do not bring to economic or human development. The everlasting
changes do not serve a basis to say there will be a progress as a
result", - said T. Manaseryan speaking about the exchange of the
acting Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.
