Armenian commercial bank Armbusinessbank opened September 3 a
new branch in Gyumri, the third largest Armenian town and the
administrative center of the northwestern province of Shirak.
According to a statement posted on the bank's official website,
the branch, called Ani- is located at 13, Sevak street.
Armbusinessbank, (Arminvestbank until 2006 August 26) was registered
in 1991. In 2006 Ukrainian Ukrprombank acquired 35% of its shares,
35% were acquired by a Ukrainian insurance company Alfa Grant and 30%
by Christi Management Society. Armbusinessbank operates 21 branches
across Armenia.
