    VIVACELL-MTS GENERAL MANAGER LECTURING AT "MKHITAR GOSH"

    On September 10 the Company General Manager Ralph Yirikian delivered
    a public lecture under the title "VivaCell-MTS - A Business with a
    Mission" at the Armenian-Russian International University "Mkhitar
    Gosh" in Vanadzor. At the meeting with the students and the faculty,
    Yirikian reflected on the Company's successful strategy of business
    development, the advanced technical process of the network, the
    diversified targeted marketing strategy and the Company's Corporate
    Social Responsibility agenda, informs the public relations department
    of VivaCell-MTS Company.

    "The future we do it today...it is by working, acquiring knowledge
    and conveying this knowledge to the students that we can secure
    a better tomorrow. VivaCell-MTS objective is not only to grow as a
    commercial entity but above all as a business model where students and
    professionals can refer to as an experimented domain. That's why we
    are here today to put in your hand the fruition of our work because we
    believe in sharing," VivaCell-MTS General Manager said at the meeting.

    "VivaCell-MTS has always appeared as a Corporate Citizen of our
    country, and we hope you will take up the initiative when the time
    comes," added VivaCell-MTS General Manager.

    Yirikian also reflected on the role of continuous innovations in the
    overall efficiency of VivaCell-MTS, including its state-of-the-art
    network and the latest innovative products and services launched.

    After the lecture VivaCell-MTS General Manager was decorated with
    title of the honorary doctor of the Armenian-Russian International
    University "Mkhitar Gosh".

    The lecture was also attended by representatives of the Vanadzor
    municipality.
