CHINA READY TO STRENGTHEN AND BROADEN COOPERATION WITH ARMENIA

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ During his visit to China, RA Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandyan met with PRC Vice President Xi Jinping. Touching upon
development of Bilateral ties, Chinese official attached importance
to enhanced political trust, exchange in trade-economic, educational
and cultural spheres, as well as maintenance of effective coordination
in international and regional affairs. Xi Jinping stressed that China
focused much attention on developing ties with Armenia as a friendly
state and partner. PRC Vice Chair expressed willingness to broaden
cooperation with Armenia for raising interstate relations to new level.
Nalbandyan in turn announced that Armenia gave top priority to its
relations with China and would pursue one-China policy, supporting
the country's peaceful reunification process. Armenian FM also
expressed hopes for enhanced cooperation and exchange in political,
trade-economic and transport spheres, Sinkhua news agency reports.
