GROUP OF COINERS ARRESTED IN MOSCOW

Officers of the RF Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Central
Federal District arrested four people, Armenia and Dagestan born
while attempting to utter false money.
While trying to pass large amount of counterfeit (450.000 rubles
delivered from Dagestan) the coiners were arrested on Dmitrovskoye
Highway, near Timiryazevskaya subway, MVD website reports.
Russian law enforcement agencies received information on the group
of coiners operating Moscow back in June. The notes were of a
high quality, so that the average man would hardly tell them from
original. Further it became clear that the coiners counterfeited not
only rubles, but also dollars.
Criminal proceedings are instituted under the article 186 of the RF
Criminal Code.
