ARMENIA'S PRESIDENT AWARDED MILITARY RANKS

Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan signed decree on conferring military
awards on Armed Forces officers:
Major-General Haykaz Bagramyan and Arshaluys Payatyan, the deputies
of Armenia's General Staff Head, are appointed Lieutenant General.
By another decree Mr. Sargsyan appointed the military rank of Major
General Colonel Poghos Poghosyan, the Commander of Armenia's Defense
Ministry's 1st Army Corps, and Colonel Arshak Karapetyan, the Chief
Intelligence Directorate of Armenia's Armed Forces' General Staff,
General Staff Chief Deputy.
