Armenia's FM in answer to Panorama.am
Turkey is made aware that Armenia excludes linking Karabakh settlement
with Armenia-Turkish relations' normalization.
`Turkey is informed and, sure, realizes that we exclude any
possibility to link Armenian-Turkish ties' development with the steps
on untying Karabakh conflict,' said Armenia's FM Edward Nalbandyan.
According to Mr. Nalbandyan, attempts to link these two processes may
provoke no-go.
"If modern Turkey's authorities aren't ready to recognize Armenian
Genocide committed by Ottoman Empire, they, at least, have to regard
Genocide survivors and their descendants."
