Baku relies on Turkey: Azimov

Official Baku expects Yerevan to use constructive approach in the
later stages of Karabakh issues settlement, Araz Azimov, Azerbaijani
Deputy Foreign Minister stated in Washington.
`The negotiations are based on the principle of Azerbaijani
territorial integrity and official Baku's opinion on the issue is
unchanged,' Azimov stated.
Commenting on the possibility of Armenian-Turkish border opening,
Azimov underlined that Turkish leaders, inter alia President Abdullah
Gul, Premier Erdogan and Foreign Minister Davutoglu stated the borders
would not open until Karabakh conflict is settled and `Baku do
believes in these statements.'
