VAHAN HOVHANNISYAN: THERE IS NO LOGIC IN ACTIONS OF PRESIDENT SARGSYAN

ArmInfo. There is no logic in the actions of President Serzh Sargsyan,
the head of the parliamentary group of ARFD Vahan Hovhannissyan
said in an interview to ArmInfo when asked to comment on Sargsyan's
initiative to discuss the Armenian-Turkish protocols with Diaspora
representatives.
The President is too late. He should have discussed this problem
before initialling the protocols.
At the same time, unlike Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan, who says
that no changes can be made in the protocols, President Sargsyan says
that the talks are underway and changes are possible if made on a
mutual basis.
