PRESIDENT OF ARMENIA NOT TO ALLOW TO BAGRAIN OVER ARMENIAN GENOCIDE AND KARABAKH'S INDEPENDENCE

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The President of Armenia will never allow to turn the
issues of the international recognition of the Armenian Genocide and
the Nagorno Karabakh independence into bargaining, Major-General Hayk
Kotanjyan , head of the Institute for National Strategic Studies under
the defense ministry of Armenia, told journalists in Yerevan today. He
commented on the Protocols of the normalization of Armenian-Turkish
relations.
"I can state that Serzh Sargsyan would never allow anything like that,
and not only because that item is fixed by the RA Constitution and the
concept of national security, but also since this approach reflects
his position," the expert said.
