ARAM AGHASYAN: NATURE RESERVES SHOULD BE USED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECOTOURISM IN ARMENIA

preserves and 230 natural monuments are operating in Armenia, Aram
Aghasyan , the head of nature reserves department at RA Nature
Protection Ministry stated.
As he told a news conference in Yerevan, nature reserves should be
used for the development of ecotourism in Armenia.
"Tourists are allowed in specific locations of Khosrov preserve.
Still, the remaining territories, the habitat of rare animal species,
should be closely watched to prevent tourists' entrance," Aram
Aghasyan emphasized.
