Rasim Musabeyov 'Armenia does not want to recognize the updated Madrid
principles proposed by the OSCE and already approved by Azerbaijan',
    said political analyst.

Political analyst Rasim Musabekov commented on the proposal to the
Azerbaijani side to "recognize Karabakh's right for self-determination"
expressed by the Armenian President and Foreign Minister of Armenia.

"The Armenian side is jabbering about the 'right of self-determination
of the Karabakh people' and has been interpreting it as it wants over
    the past 20 years.

During this period, it became clear that all the compromises to which
the Armenian side was mediated by international representatives are
no more than a verbal shell. That is official Yerevan calmly disavows
its words and commitments and starts talks about 'self-determination'
    every time", said Musabekov.

"And this time, Sargsyan and Nalbandian have raised the issue of the
right of mythical 'Karabakh people for self-determination', for the
purpose of putting a smokescreen and distract world attention from
Armenia, which must present its opinion about the updated Madrid
    principles.

In fact, Armenia does not want to recognize the updated Madrid
principles proposed by the OSCE and already approved by Azerbaijan.

But Sargsyan will not dare to refuse the proposals of the co-chairs.

However, Armenia won't be able to fool the international community,
which is waiting for a clear answer from Yerevan - whether they
want to continue the peace negotiations, or refuse them", noted the
    political scientist.
