ATAOV LECTURE SERIES ON THE TURKISH-ARMENIAN CONFLICT IN USA & CANADA

TCA has joined ATAA and other Turkish American groups to sponsor an
ongoing lecture series by Prof. Turkkaya Ataov. The series, "What
Really Happened on April 24, 1915," will bring Prof. Ataov to cities
across the US and Canada to give insight into the events of 1915 that
continue to impact Turkey's relations with its neighbors and the US.
Turkkaya Ataov is Professor Emeritus in International Relations at
Ankara University, Turkey. He completed his graduate work in the US,
where he received two graduate degrees at New York University and
Syracuse University and his Ph.D. at Syracuse University.
Prof. Ataov is the author of close to 140 books. He has published 80
books or booklets on the Armenian issue. He has testified at the trials
of Armenian terrorists, at the UN Geneva meetings of the Human Rights
Commission on the Genocide Convention, and participated in several
meetings of the European Parliament that dealt with the Armenian issue.
