AFFIRMATION OF NKR PEOPLE'S RIGHT TO SELF-DETERMINATION IS THE KEY TO CONFLICT RESOLUTION

There's no sense in referring to other problems unless the status of
Nagorno Karabakh is determined, according to Armenian Foreign Minister
Edward Nalbandian.
"Affirmation of Nagorno Karabakh people's right to self-determination
is the main point in talks," he told a news conference in Yerevan on
April 7.
"Madrid Principles are still serving as a basis for negotiations
and the OSCE Minsk Group will continue proposing solutions until
the conflicting parties reach a comprehensive agreement," Minister
Nalbandian said.
