NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT IS IN DEADLOCK

Two of the main principles proposed by the OSCE Minsk Group for the
resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict - territorial integrity
and nation's right to self-determination - are the continuation of
each other, General Major Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan, a freedom fighter
of the Artsakh war and known also as Comandos, said at a press
conference today.
Ter-Tadevosyan also mentioned that these two principles are
inseparables and therefore, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is in
a deadlock.
