    ARMENTEL JOINS 'HURRAH TO VICTORY!' INTERNATIONAL PATRIOTIC ACTION

    ArmInfo. ArmenTel CJSC (Beeline trademark) has joined "Hurrah to
    Victory!" international patriotic action dedicated to the 65th
    anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.

    Within the frames of the action, Beeline subscribers may call to a
    free number 1945 and install one of the popular melodies of the years
    of the Great Patriotic War ("Dark Night", "Katyusha", "Farewell of
    the Slavonian", "Victory Day") as a ring-tone; install the official
    symbol of celebration of the 65th anniversary of the victory in the
    Great Patriotic War in the phone display, as well as hear the summary
    of Sovinformbureau which was voiced for the Soviet people that day
    65 years ago.

    "The Victory Day is a memorable date for all the residents of the
    former USSR republics. Today we help to recreate the heroic deeds
    committed by our grandfathers for the sake of the future generations,
    in the human memory", Director General of ArmenTel CJSC Igor Klimko
    said. The whole proceeds from the internet traffic during downloading
    of melodies or symbols, as well as the subscriber fee for "My Melody"
    service will be fully transferred by ArmenTel Company to the needs
    of veterans of the Great Patriotic War. Tariffing of the traffic for
    downloading is made in accordance with a subscriber's tariff plan. The
    action will last till May 11, 2010. Beeline subscribers in Kazakhstan,
    Tajikistan and Ukraine also take part in the action along with the
    Russian and Armenian subscribers.

    ArmenTel CJSC (Beeline brand) is the subsidiary of VimpelCom Group.
