Armenia's hands

ArmInfo. "The key to the Karabakh conflict settlement is not only in
Armenia's hands. The solution depends on all the parties - Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Karabakh and OSCE Minsk Group",- Armenian President Serzh
Sargsyan said to journalists in Tavush region.
The president said that if the problem is settled on the basis of the
principle of Nagorno-Karabakh people's right to self-determination,
the rest of the problems may be solved within the shortest period of
time. Serzh Sargsyan advised the Armenian public not to believe in the
"tales" of the people saying that Armenia is allegedly in a bad state
at present and that the negotiations are currently being held badly
and with wrong arguments. "This is spoken about by the people, who
used to be responsible for the peace process and they had an
opportunity to settle this conflict in Armenia's favor. However,
unfortunately, the fight is going on",- said the president and added
that history judges everything and several years later it will be
possible to say who was negotiating correctly, and who - incorrectly.
