Heritage Can Say Nothing Positive about Serzh Sargsyan's Two Years in Office

`I would like to give any positive evaluation, but, unfortunately, I
cannot,' Chairman of Heritage Party Armen Martirosyan told Tert.am
today referring to President Sargsyan's tow years in office.
According to Martirosyan there not been any progress in the recent two
years in Armenia.
`The March 1 events have not been settled, nor have been identified
those who gave orders and those won carried them out, there are
political prisoners in the country, the judicial system has remained
the same, the election processes do not work out, no economic reforms
are being made, nor do the country's foreign challenges get an
adequate response,' said Martirosyan.
He did not approve of Serzh Sargsyan's foreign initiative-taking
policy either considering it as negative.
According to Martirosyan no one in Armenia had the mandate to sigh
Armenia-Turkey Protocols and attempt to ratify them.
