Armenia Eurovision hopeful Eva Rivas in Cyprus

Armenia's Eurovision song contest hopeful Eva Rivas will be in Cyprus
for a number of promotional performances, including an appearance at
the Sipan dance ensemble annual performance at the Strovolos Municipal
Theatre on Saturday night.
Earlier in the day, the Greek-Armenian former model, invited to Cyprus
by the Armenian Representative Vartkes Mahdessian, will plant an
apricot tree at the Nicosia municipal park together with Mayor Eleni
Mavrou, which symbolises her song, `The Apricot Stone'.
Rivas has embarked on a European promotion tour of Armenia's entry and
concluded several performances in Athens and Thessaloniki during the
Easter holidays.
