On the last day of his three-day visit to Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenian
prime minister Tigran Sarkisian attended the opening of a new
hydropower plant Trge-1 that has 3 hydro turbine units each with 1
    megawatt capacity.

The second hydropower plant with two hydro turbines each with
3 megawatt capacity will be built by autumn, according to local
    authorities.

The ceremony was attended also by Nagorno-Karabakh president Bako
Sahakian, Armenian defense minister Seyran Ohanian and other Armenian
    and Karabakh government officials.

Speaking to reporters Armenian prime minister said implementation
of such projects will prompt a new wave of repatriation. He said
bringing former residents of Nagorno-Karabakh back to their country
should be one of the main priorities of the government in the next
    five years.
