Tert.am
13.04.10
The Administrative Court of Armenia is set to make a ruling today
over the claim filed by the Armenian National Congress (HAK).
On April 6 HAK had appealed to the RA Administrative Court against
the raise in gas tariff, and the court must in a 7-day period decide
whether or not it takes action on the case and should notify the
claimant about it.
The aforementioned period expires today.
The HAK claim, signed by 7,230 RA citizens, demands the court that
the ruling on gas price be annulled.
At about 12:00 on April 16 with the same call HAK is planning to
march from Garegin Nzdeh Square to the Administrative Court in Yerevan.
Yerevan City Hall has confirmed it has been notified about the march,
though it has not formally authorized it.
