Washington D.C., 12 April: Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip
Erdogan met with Armenian President Serzh Sargsian in Washington
D.C. on Monday. The two leaders got together on the sidelines of the
nuclear security summit hosted by US President Barack Obama.

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Foreign Ministry
Undersecretary Feridun Sinirlioglu, as well as Armenian Foreign
Minister Eduard Nalbandian and Deputy Chief of Staff to the President
of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan are also in attendance at the meeting,
    diplomats said.

Prior to their face-to-face meeting, Erdogan and Sargsian posed for
    the cameras, shaking hands.

Erdogan and Sargsian discussed the letter Erdogan sent to Sargsian
    in details.

Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Feridun Sinirlioglu, assigned as
special representative by Erdogan, earlier conveyed the letter to
    Sargsyan.

The parties agreed that foreign ministers of the two countries should
    continue studies on the issue.
