Azerbaijan is informed of all the Armenian-Turkish talks over
normalization of relations, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu
stated in Ankara on the threshold of his visit to Baku, reported the
Anadolu news agency.
Turkey is constantly informing Azerbaijan of the process, he said.
According to the Minister, Turkey thought over each step seriously
before putting its signature to the Armenian-Turkish protocols.
Commenting on RA President Serzh Sargsyan's statements on the
possibility of Turkey reopening the Armenian-Turkish border,
Davutoglu ruled it out categorically, stating that the Armenian
President expressed his hopes, but the issue of reopening the border
is by no means put on the agenda in Turkey without protocols being
ratified first.
