LARGE-SCALE REFORMS TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN ARMENIA'S RESCUE SYSTEM

Large-scale reforms will be implemented in Armenia's rescue system.
The draft doctrine of reforms needs to be developed as a first step.
The intergovernmental commission on elaboration of the draft doctrine
convened a sitting on April 20 chaired by Secretary of the National
Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan.
Stressing the importance of reforms in the sphere, Arthur Baghdasaryan
noted that the "protection of citizen's rights and ensuring security
guarantees is the mission of any state. In this regard the reforms
in the rescue system are of strategic importance."
Participants of the sitting decided to submit the draft doctrine
within three months.
