Georgians have been destructing Surb Yerevman (Epiphany) Armenian
Church in Akhaltskha for already several days.
The chancel and a side-chapel of the Church constructed in the 7th
century are already demolished.
During the destruction, khachkars (cross-stones) with Armenian
inscriptions were revealed; they have not been removed yet.
