ONCE AGAIN ARMENIA FACED THE BARRIER OF TALK AND WORK: RAFFI HOVHANNISYAN

Assembly Raffi Hovhannisyan says that Armenian President Serzh
Sargsyan's decision to suspend the ratification of the Armenia-Turkey
Protocols in the parliament proves that one more time Armenia faced
with the barrier between talk and work.
"The speech made by the President yesterday was literately prepared,
a clear one, but one more time we faced the barrier between talk and
work", Hovhannisyan said at a press conference today.
According to him the president's speech was a good one, but still
the work remains to be done: the signature Yerevan put under the
Armenia-Turkey Protocols.
"Under current circumstances that statement was one that a good
tactician would make but a good strategist should not have allowed
for such a situation," said Hovhannisyan.
