Positions of Armenia, Diaspora jump together
Turkey will get rid of the heavy load if it recognizes the 1915
Genocide, a crime against the humanity, told journalists Armenia's
Minister of Diaspora Mrs. Hranush Hakobian, following the attention of
the Tsitsenakaberd Complex in Yerevan, where the Memorial to the 1915
Genocide Victims is installed.
`Recognition of the 1915 Genocide will make Turkey more democratic and
civilized nation. If Turkey recognizes the Genocide of Armenians, it
will become more receivable to Armenia and to the world,' said
Minister of Diaspora.
`The Armenian Diaspora has managed to fight for its rights,' she said.
`Today's positions of Armenia and Diaspora completely jump together,'
she added.
