DEPUTY SPEAKERS OF ARMENIA AND ARTSAKH TO HAVE MEETING

Armenian Deputy Speakers of National Assembly Arevik Petrosyan and
Samvel Nikoyan received Deputy Speaker of Nagorno-Karabakh Parliament
Arthur Tovmasyan. Karen Topchyan, the representative of NK Parliament
to Armenian NA also attended the meeting.
According to the press department of the NA the Deputy Speakers
discussed Armenia-Artsakh inter-parliamentary cooperation, the
perspectives of parliamentary diplomacy, Hague Court decision over
Kosovo.
NK Deputy Speaker said Hague Court decision may contribute to the
international recognition of NK independence. In this respect the
role of parliamentary diplomacy has been signified.
