"This is a deal that is up to Russia-Azerbaijan bilateral ties. This
is their internal affair. Personally, my attitude to the deal is
positive," the spokesman of Artsakh Republic President, David Babayan,
told Panorama.am, commenting on Russian-Azerbaijani military deal.

Russian state arms exporter Rosoboronexport signed a $300-million
agreement with the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry on the supply of
S-300 air defense systems to Azerbaijan.

According to the spokesman, the agreement has no aim to complicate
    the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement process.

"I think, the deal will not complicate the situation as Russia is an
OSCE MG co-chairing state and this speaks about the peaceful settlement
    of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," he said.
