Abdullah Gul Turkish President Abdullah Gul will visit Azerbaijan soon.
Turkish State Minister on Foreign Trade Zafer Caglayan told reporters
that preparations for Gul's visit to Baku are currently underway.
"Brothers do not need special invitations. Azerbaijani president can
visit his homeland Turkey any time and Turkish president can visit
his homeland Azerbaijan any time as well", the state minister added.
Turkey has always supported and will continue supporting Azerbaijan in
the Karabakh issue, this is our historical responsibility, said Turkish
State Minister Zafer Caglayan speaking at the Azerbaijani-Turkish
business forum held in Baku.
'We are for liberation of Azerbaijan's occupied lands and establishment
of peace in this region which has a big political and economic
potential. In turn, Turkey considering its fraternal relations with
Azerbaijan will always support Azerbaijan in the issue of Karabakh
which cannot raise any doubts', he said.
The state minister recalled the words by President of Azerbaijan Ilham
Aliyev who said Turkey's achievement is a success of Azerbaijan and
vice verse.
'Ankara will further take steps to establish peace and stability
in this region since we, as a regional state, are responsible for
regional security', Caglayan said.
