If before Turkey expected Armenia's refusal from territorial claims,
at present Ankara's more focused on Karabakh conflict settlement issue,
according to the expert Artak Shakaryan.
"Any concessions on Karabakh conflict settlement could serve as a
green light to Ankara in normalization of ties with Armenia," the
expert told a news conference in Yerevan.
In this context, he emphasized that official Yerevan is unready to make
concessions on Karabakh at the moment, given impending parliamentary
elections in Armenia.
"Such a step would spell political suicide to Armenian authorities,"
the expert noted.
