KIRO MANOYAN: RUSSIA WON'T IMPOSE KARABAKH SETTLEMENT 'RECIPE' ON ARMENIA

Russia will not impose Karabakh settlement 'recipe' on Armenia,
according to Kiro Manoyan, director of ARF Bureau's Hay Dat and
Political Affairs Office.
"Moscow can only try to interest the conflicting sides but will not
oblige. Nevertheless, it should press on Azerbaijan, whose position
hampers resolution of the conflict," he said.
