EDWARD NALBANDYAN: ARMENIAN- RUSSIAN STRATEGIC COOPERATION IS NOT JUST IN WORDS

On the eve of Dmitry Medvedev's official visit to Armenia, the Foreign
Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan gave an interview to "Rosia 24"
on the dynamic of the Armenian Russian relations and mutual projects.
Edward Nalbandyan told that the relations between Armenia and Russia
are model for the ex- Soviet Union region.
"Armenia is preparing for the official visit of Dmitry Medvedev. It
means that the relations between the two countries are on the highest
level," he noted.
Edward Nalbandyan reminded about more than two tens meetings held on
the highest level in recent two years.
According to him, Armenian- Russian strategic cooperation is not just
in words.
"The relations between the two countries have passed through
temptations. We have never been on different sides of the barricades,"
he said.
