Baku. Lachin Sultanova - APA. "The care of the Azerbaijani government
for the Armenian church in Baku is an increase of confidence", said
head of Armenian Analytical Centre for Globalization and Regional
Cooperation Stepan Grigorian in Baku during the 3rd South Caucasus
Security Forum, APA reports.
Saying that yesterday he got acquainted with the Armenian church in
Baku, he thanked the Azerbaijani government for the protection of
this church.
He said that the principles of resolution of Nagorno Karabakh
conflict meet the interests of both countries. S.Grigorian said that
the resolution of the conflict is not so hard: "Signing of these
principles by the co-chairing countries, including Azerbaijan and
Armenia gives a chance to resolve this conflict" He noted that the
statement issued in Astana yesterday must be regarded as a framework
agreement. Estimating the efforts of OSCE Minsk Group he said that
after Madrid Principles the negotiations entered the active phase.
