No progress on Karabakh was fixed during the OSCE summit in Astana but
talks are not deadlocked, according ARF Bureau Hay Dat and Political
Affairs Office Director.
"As a whole, the document adopted by the Minsk Group jointly with
the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents is not bad," Kiro Manoyan
told reporters on December 3.
Manoyan presumed that Baku will strengthen anti-Armenian propaganda
and may even undertake a military venture, what will be condemned by
the mediators.
"However, we should understand that the Co-chairs can't concentrate
pressure on one side only," Manoyan noted.
