The Turks are disappointed from Azerbaijan which is connected to
WikiLeaks discoveries, expert Artak Shakaryan told reporters today.
But according to him the Turkish side describes those events as
"domestic affairs" and hopes that they will be soon forgotten.
Expert said Turks link the normalization of Armenian-Turkish ties
with Armenian-Azerbaijani ties, but at the same time acknowledge that
Aliyev doesn't want to normalize Armenian-Azerbaijani ties.
Shakaryan said Turkish Parliamentary elections in 2011 may have deep
impact on Armenian-Turkish ties.
Expert didn't exclude that "Zurich-2" may happen - Armenian-Turkish
protocols may be recovered.
