Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the results of considering pardon
applications

On 8 December President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a
decree on the results of considering pardon applications.
According to the Presidential decree 20 convicts were granted pardon.
Twenty two individuals were granted partial pardon.
Pardon applications of 103 convicts were turned down due to the
previously committed crimes, negative characteristics from places of
imprisonment, nature and gravity of the committed crimes.
