ARF: THE GOVERNMENT FAILED

ARF Dashnaktsutyun faction assessed the work of the government. The
evaluation was presented by an ARFD member Artsvik Minasyan on
December 17.
He said that the government failed all its programs, 22 points of the
coalition memorandum, the point and pledges of the election programs
of the president and the political majority.
Artsvik Minasyan says that instead of looking for solutions in
anti-monopoly and competitive policy, the government is doing the
opposite leading an anti- demographic and anti-competition policy,
the brightest example of which is the 2011 budget of Armenia.
Minasyan notes that the budget is not initiative and it does not
involve tools to promote the small and midsize businesses.
"Armenia is facing a crisis of economy management", says Artsvik
Minasyan.
He thinks a new social-economic strategy based on the general potential
of the political field is necessary.
