Commanding General of US forces in Iraq Ray Odierno is in Ankara today
to participate in talks on the elimination of the Kurdistan Workers'
Party (PKK) in Turkey, which also has bases in northern Iraq, reports
Turkish news source Today's Zaman.
The evacuation of Makhmour, a refugee camp populated by Turkish Kurds
