PRESIDENT OF THE ARTSAKH REPUBLIC SIGND A DECREE

On 4 February President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signd
a decree of preliminary compensation of devalued deposits of NKR
citizens in "Artsakh Bank" closed joint stock company. According to
the decree the government has been entrusted to provide preliminary
compensation of deposits belonging to citizens born before 1965 as
well as citizens perished during the defense of the NKR and individuals
of first disability group.
