Aliev makes a statement on Karabakh at Munich Security Conference
Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliev said at the Security Conference in
Munich that the ongoing conflict over the Karabakh issue between
Azerbaijan and Armenia poses risks to the regional stability in the
Caucasus, Radio Liberty reports.
President Aliev said, in particular, that Armenian Armed Forces'
presence in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic for over two decades sets
back the full regional cooperation and development projects that
Azerbaijan's government hatches.
The source points that American secret service was warning that
Armenia and Azerbaijan may enter the war because of the
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
