Eva Rivas, one of the top three favourites to represent Armenia in
the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, had a song presentation today in
Yerevan. Among the many guests of the event Lys Assia, the first
winner of the Eurovision Song Contest was present.
During her interview to one of the Armenian channels, Eva and her
producer revealed some details of the song and Eva's boigraphy. The
song Apricot Stone calls for peace and love all over the world. It
also symbolises the Armenian diaspora, as Eva lives in Russia but
misses Armenia as she lives uproad. Eva has an Armenian and Greek
background. As she told, Rivas means a river giving life.
