Baku. Lachin Sultanova - APA. Azerbaijani political analysts held
discussions entitled "OSCE new chairman Kanat Saudabayev's first visit
to the South Caucasus: opportunities and prognoses. According to APA,
counselor of the Kazakh embassy in Baku Shamil Stamkulov reminded
about the priorities of his country in OSCE chairmanship and said it
would give special attention to the solution to frozen conflicts.

"These issues will be discussed in Azerbaijan at first. It has
great political meaning that the chairman made his first visit to
Azerbaijan". The diplomat said first of all, the issue of finding
dialogue formula between the communities would be discussed.

Political analyst Fikret Sadikhov said it was not likely that
Kazakhstan could change the situation. "Our main expectation is the
release of seven regions around Nagorno Karabakh".

Zardusht Alizadeh considers that concrete model of autonomy should be
proposed to the Nagorno Karabakh Armenians that both communities will
have effective opportunities for co-existence. He called on everyone
to be realistic and said he didn't expect significant progress from
    the Kazakhstan's chairmanship in OSC.

Rasim Aghayev said that Kazakhstan got a chance to show itself as an
important actor. Oqtay Sadikhzadeh said contradictions in the OSCE were
delaying the conflict solution. The analyst said Azerbaijan became
victim of double standards of the international law and complained
that the international documents had no exact mechanism.
