SERGEI LAVROV: WE WILL ASSIST THE ARMENIAN DIPLOMATIC SCHOOL

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov sent a
welcoming message to his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian on
the occasion of establishment of Diplomatic School at the Ministry.
"Please accept our warmest congratulations on the launch of a
project which is timely and promising. Diplomacy demands multifaceted
knowledge of history, philosophy, economics, sociology and culture,"
Minister Lavrov said. "Russia will continue contributing to training
of diplomatic personnel of Armenia. Some Armenian Foreign Ministry
employees received education in Moscow State Institute of International
Relations and Russian Diplomatic Academy, are already engaged in the
process of building Armenia's foreign policy. Wishing every success
to the students and teaching staff of the School, we will assist its
activities as an element of cooperation between the Foreign Ministries
of Russia and Armenia.
