OSCE CHAIRMAN-IN-OFFICE CHERISHES OPTIMISM IN RESPECT OF GARABAGH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Kanat Saudabayev, the OSCE chairman-in-office
and minister for foreign affairs of Kazakhstan arrived in Azerbaijan
for the first time in his new position.
Today in Baku Saudabayev made a statement that they had optimism on
the occasion of settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijan Nagorno Garabagh
conflict and this optimism based itself on the results of uneasy
negotiation process.
"If both parties follow the coordinated principles, then that inspires
optimism. Kazakhstan should take advantage of the opportunity appeared
in 2010," Saudabayev said.
At the same time it is of great significance for Kazakhstan as the
OSCE chairman-in-office to see the whole range of issues on Nagorno
Garabagh.
"It is very important for us to hear all the parties of the conflict.
We are aware of the history of the matter and we have kind
relationships with both parties of the conflict. I hope that
constructive negotiations during Baku meetings will allow receiving
advices and recommendations to be laid as basis of our moves,"
