ArmInfo. Azerbaijan's stance in the Karabakh peace process can
be characterized as a new form of terrorism, NKR President Bako
Sahakyan said after his meeting with the OSCE CIO, Foreign Minister
of Kazakhstan Kanat Saudabayev in Yerevan on Tuesday. The OSCE CIO
is on a visit to the South Caucasus. Bako Sahakyan said that the
international community being well aware of Azerbaijan's stance has
not taken any measures within the frames of its mandate to make Baku
stop militarist policy for long time already. "We hope the OSCE CIO
will take relevant measures to bring Azerbaijan to more constructive
policy. This is what will contribute to logical development of the
negotiation process," Sahakyan said.
