EDWARD NALBANDIAN: "THE PROPOSALS ON NEW VERSION OF MADRID PRINCIPLES ARE IN ELABORATION PROCESS"

Baku. Lachin Sultanova - APA. The proposals on new version of
Madrid principles are in elaboration process, said Armenian foreign
minister Edward Nalbandian at the join press conference with OSCE
Chairman-in-Office, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Kanat
Saudabayev, APA reports quoting the Armenian newspapers.
"There are Madrid principles, which are rejected by Azerbaijan as
basic principles, on the table for almost year. Azerbaijani side even
rejected their existence for many times. The sides agreed in Sochi
that they have to submit their proposals on Madrid principles.
Azerbaijani side should also do that and the discussions will be
developed further".
On Monday, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov
said that Azerbaijan was commonly accepting the new version of the
Madrid principles.
