Students of the French University in Armenia to be granted
On February 22 the Armenian Friendly Relief Society (AFRS) will hold
the ceremony of awarding the students of the French University in
Armenia with grants. The ceremony will take place at the Henry Cooney
Hall of the French University.
It's worth mentioning, that the Armenian Friendly Relief Society and
the French University in Armenia have been cooperating since 2004 in
the framework of the promoting program for the French University's
students. The program's objective is the dissemination of the French
language and the promotion of education of the French-speaking youth
in Armenia.
AFRS has assisted nearly 200 students of French University in Armenia
over 6 years. It will direct 11 500 euros for 97 grants, a
spokesperson for the Armenia-France Development Foundation said.
