ACADEMY OF EXCHANGE TRADE OPENED IN YEREVAN

University, "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" Stock Exchange and Armenbrock LL'
start implementing a joint scientific-educational programme "Academy
of Exchange Trade" in February.
The Academy is located in the building of the Russian-Armenian
(Slavonic) University. As the Business-school told ArmInfo, the
Academy courses cover such directions as assessment of investments,
principles and mechanisms of exchange trade, comparative analysis
of stock markets, trading psychology, etc. The teachers include the
best specialists of Armenian capital market: RAU vice-Rector Edward
Sandoyan, Director General of Stock Exchange "NASDAQ OMX Armenia"
Stock Exchange Armen Melikyan, Head of Armenbrock IC Analytical
Department Samvel Sahakyan and others. The audience is offered two
kinds of courses: for the beginners, upon completion of which a joint
(trilateral) certificate will be given, and an advanced course, upon
completion of which the attendees ill get a joint certificate. The
Academy of Exchange Trade aims at teaching the main principles of the
Exchange activity and the bases of exchange trade. The founders are
sure of the necessity of this knowledge for both ordinary citizens and
specialists of such spheres as, for example, jurisprudence, journalism
and bank personnel. Additional information about the plans and the
